| Cyclists for Cultural Exchage provides grants for projects that support our Mission Statement. |

| Grant Amounts | |||
| Grant amounts of any size up to $2,500 will be considered. While most grants will be given for a single year, CCE will consider the possibility of up to three years of support for worthy projects. | |||
| Proposal Format | |||
| Please provide a concise proposal that addresses the following points: | |||
| Statement of the problem or issue that your program addresses (how does this problem relate to the CCE Miission Statement?). | |||
| Qualifications (what are the strengths and skills of your organization and personnel?). | |||
| Program goals (what are you going to accomplish? who will benefit? what is the time frame?). | |||
|
Methodology (how are you going to accomplish your goals?). |
|||
| Evaluation (how will you measure your accomplishments and effectiveness?). | |||
| A budget that includes both administrative and project costs. | |||
| Application Process | |||
| Grant applications will be considered in March and September. Applications must be received by the end of the first day of February or August to be eligible for consideration at the March and September meetings of the Board. Board meetings take place on the third Monday of the month. Applicants will be informed of the Board’s decision within two weeks of the Board meeting. | |||
