In 2009 we provided Bicycle Police in Izmir, Turkey with 30 rear-view mirrors of the type that clip on to eyeglasses. The request was received from Muhlis Dilmac, a good friend of CCE who has joined us on bicycle tours in the US and in Turkey. In the photo below, Muhlis is the man wearing the dark suit and tie.
